Saanenland’s gastro scene is bursting with delicious discoveries. Join us as we explore four new destinations in four charming villages.  Bon appétit!

BURGER STATION  – ZWEISIMMEN
The young team behind the successful burger concept have done it again! Their newest location is in Zweisimmen, next to the local wine bar Vinothek “Zum alte Füürwehrmagazin”. Neat, as it’s less than 500 metres from the train station.

It’s burgers made with 100 percent grass-fed Swiss beef, local bread, and their secret sauce seem to be a hit. The founders Chiara, Paola, and Diego Negri plan to open ten more locations this year.

Where: Montreuxstrasse 3, Zweisimmen. Daily opening hours: 12:00 – 14:00 / 17:00 – 21:00. For more information, visit www.burgerstation.ch

THE HAPPY NEST – SCHÖNRIED
Located in the old waiting hall at the train station, you can either grab something to go or stay and eat in. Serving everything quick from a hot beverage and cake to lunch snacks and light dinner dishes. A tip for the hungry train traveller: they are the only restaurant on the GoldenPass Line to deliver food to the train’s doorstep with pre-orders.

Where: Bahnhofstrasse 4, Schönried. Opening hours: Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 – 00:00, Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 – 21:30. For more information, visit www.thehappynest.ch

THE BOAT – GSTAAD

Whether you’re interested in football, the Tour de France, or the Olympics, everyone in the neighbourhood is welcome to join, whether you come alone or with family and friends. Additionally, the Boat hosts various events like after-work get-togethers, live music, and DJ performances on select weekends.

CHERRY'S – SAANEN
