Rougemont’s Hotel-Restaurant Valrose has welcomed Ermes Elsener as its new General Manager. With over two decades of hospitality expertise, including 19 years managing Gstaad’s Hotel Olden and contributing to the launch of Dubai’s Grosvenor House, Elsener brings an impressive blend of Swiss excellence and inter national experience.

A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne in 2002, Elsener is known for his customer-centric leadership and innovative approach to gastronomic management. At Valrose, he plans to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate the hotel’s cultural and tourism offerings in Saanenland and Pays-d’Enhaut.

“I am honoured to join Valrose and excited to work together with Sabine and Chef Benoît Carcenat and his team to build on the legacy of this iconic institution,” said Elsener. Valrose, home to La Table du Valrose – led by two-Michelin-starred Chef Carcenat – continues to shine as a beacon of Swiss gastronomy.
